Client Servicing Manager

Location: Sg Besi, Kuala Lumpur

Salary: Rm 4,000 – RM 6,000

GENERAL JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for a highly motivated and proactive candidate to helm and oversee projects, working across both conventional and digital marketing activities for our clients.


Job Scope:

  • Day-to-day management of clients’ marketing campaigns
  • Develop marketing campaigns from actionable insights to drive brand consideration
  • Track overall marketing performance and perform post-mortem for all marketing campaigns; including budget management
  • Analyze market reactions and results of marketing activities and implement corrective action if targets are not met
  • Pro-active leadership that encourages teams to perform to the best of their ability
  • Regular communication and liaison with clients at a senior level
  • Organisation of clients’ feedback
  • Generating accurate project reports and status notifications
  • Pitching fresh and innovative ideas to clients
  • Leverage on knowledge and skills to push clients’, the team and the agency in the most productive direction

Job Requirement:

  • Graduates with Degree / Diploma in Business, Marketing, Advertising or equivalent with minimum of 2 years of working experience in related field
  • Able to handle multiple concurrent tasks with good management capability and able to work under tight deadlines
  • Able to work independently under minimum supervision
  • Significant experience in professional client relationship management
  • Solid background in advertising, marketing or sales
  • A persuasive and confident approach to marketing projects
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
  • A keen attention to detail and budgetary restraints
  • Full awareness of creative processes and techniques – including digital platform
  • Willingness to note relevant trends and develop ideas
  • Ability to work as an authoritative figure in a busy team
