Job Responsibility:
- Individual and collective ownership of end to end execution of the assigned engagement/area of work.
- To examine and provide objective assurance on the design effectiveness & operating effectiveness of control framework within the organization.
- Ability to review processes from operational standpoint and enhance process efficiency by positively impacting the operational levers like reduction in cycle time, reduction of working capital etc.
- Driving continuous improvement and implementation of leading practices in Internal Audit and Risk management
- Ability to prepare audit reports that accurately document the audit findings, root cause and solutions to drive sustainable improvements
Job Requirement:
- Degree or Professional qualification in Finance / Accounting. Those with Certified Internal Auditor by IIA will be an added advantage
- Strong Business acumen, process orientation, self-starter and result oriented
- High integrity & work ethics, presentability and agility Detail oriented, Excellent communications & inter personal skills, ability to influence and convince
- Flexible to undertake travels as needed
- Possess own transport and willing to travel cross countries
- Good communication skills in English, Chinese & Bahasa Malaysia (both spoken and written)
