Customer Service Executive-Preferably Malay Female (KT)

Job Responsibility:
  • Provide a full and comprehensive secretarial, administrative and support service to the Head of Sales.
  • To manage the HOS schedule including meeting, appointment and travelling arrangement.
  • Attend and prepare minutes of meeting, presentation documents and to follow up with the necessary action.
  • To prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly sales report by using Excel Advance(VLOOKUP and Pivot).
  • To manage and maintain effective filling system, compile of sales report, sales presentation materials and sales activities.
  • To maintain strict confidentially and interest professionally with all level of the management, staffs and business partners. 
  • Processing all sales business-related expense and transactions to ensure payment is received in a timely and efficient manner.
Job Requirement:
    • Candidate must possess at least Diploma in any related fields.
    • Minimum two years of similar working experience.
    • Required skills: Microsoft Words, Excel Advance(VLOOKUP and Pivot) and Power Point.
    • Required language: English and Chinese.
    • Discretion, trustworthiness and confidentiality.
    • Strong organizational, time management and analytical skills.
    • Attention to detail, accuracy and able to meet deadlines.
    • Able to work on own initiative, beyond working hour and under pressure.
    • Strong communication skills - verbal and written.
