Job Responsibility:
- To execute marketing strategies and programs
- Carry out competitor analysis and detailed market research
- To prepare advertising & promotion materials
- To coordinate mailing list, sales kits & other materials for the product awareness programs
- To develop and implement effective advertising & promotion campaigns.
- To implement and monitor product awareness campaigns
- To liaise with solicitors in legal documentations, financial institutions on end-financing matters and government bodies on statutory requirements, regulations, guidelines & etc
- To undertake the application, extension and renewal of the Developer’s License (DL) and Sales & Advertising Permit (AP)
Job Requirement:
- Degree in Business Administration majoring in Marketing or equivalent
- Relevant experience in property development will have added advantage
- Good communication skills with proficiency in Chinese, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Computer literate
- Good interpersonal and presentation skills
