Job Description
IT Admin (open for fresh graduates)
Duration: Long term renewable contract
Company: Oil & Gas MNC
Location: Bangsar South
Salary: RM2800 - 3300 (depends on working experience)
Mobile Allowance: RM100 a month
Other Benefits: AL, ML, Medical claim, EPF, SOCSO, H&S, PA insurance, 1 month completion bonus, OT, other work related variable claims (parking, toll, mileage, meal)
Responsibilities
- To log in IT helpdesk tickets into company’s IT system.
- To assist in issuing purchase requisitions (PR).
- To assist in purchasing refreshments for department’s meeting or for team as and when requested.
- To assist in preparing and maintaining quarterly leave tracker for team.
- Any other IT admin jobs as assigned by superiors.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree holder.
- Able to speak Chinese, Malay and English.
- Able to work in a deadline oriented environment and multitask.
- PC savvy and good with MS Words, Excel and Power Point.
