Finance Executive
Duration: 3 months (extension / conversion based on headcounts and performance)
Industry: Building Materials (MNC)
Location: Sg Besi, KL.
Salary: RM3000 – RM4500 (depends on working experience)
Benefits: Epf, Socso, medical claims, annual leaves, medical leaves, PA insurance.
Job Responsibilities
• Responsible in handling full set of accounts.
• Handle full set of accounts.
• Ensure the account payable and receivable, bank reconciliation, stock reconciliation, journals and general functions are performed in an effective, efficient and timely manner.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly accounts.
• Prepare all sales and products cost analysis.
• Key in all monthly account record into Cognos system.
• Manage daily accounting operations.
• Liaise with external and internal auditor, tax agent, banker etc.
• Involve in GST implementation.
• Involve in stock take.
• Carry out related job duties as required.
• Ad hoc tasks assigned by management.
Requirements
• Minimum LCCI or Diploma in Accounting.
• Minimum 1 year of related experience.
• Computer literate.
• Responsible, discipline and able to work independently.
• Good communication and interpersonal skill.
