Purchasing Assistant

Responsibilities:
- To assist Purchasing Executive to follow up on daily deliveries and update Planning Team on any delays
- Issue Purchase Order for ordering based on plan order requirement
- Issue Manual Purchase Order based on HOD approval
- Handle purchase for promotional items and update Packaging Bill of Materials (BOM)
- General administrative work
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM/ STPM
- Computer literacy especially in Excel
- Good in communication (Both written and spoken)
Experience:
- Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply
- Training will be provided
