Job Responsibility:
- Collect daily production records to generate report for production department
- Daily administrative work to support manufacturing division
- Daily data entry
- Issue purchasing requisition thro SAP system for production and maintenance Function
- Handling Operation’s staff work scheduling and OT approval from respective line manager.
- Update processing data
- Responsible for all the production record and document filling
- Prepare presentation material accordingly
- Update worker’s attendance record
- Assist on doing contract worker monthly invoices
- Assist to planner on material purchase
- In charge of beverage machine refill and refill stock for ground floor cafeteria
- Job assign as when needed by Senior Plant Manager, Production Manager and Production Executive.
- min SPM
- min 3 years working experience
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, detail-minded, proactive, independent
- Good command of written and spoken English & Malay
- Proficiency in using PC applications i.e. Outlook, MS words, Excel, Power Point, etc.
- Good in mathematics and calculation
