JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
- Preparing and delivering marketing plans within key objectives
- Preparing informative marketing and communication materials such as corporate brochures, advertisements, company website, monthly newsletters, social media posts, invitation letters, event listings, posters, leaflets, vouchers and liaising with media, printers and publishers.
- Planning and executing educational workshops for public and certification workshop for medical professionals
- Generating and executive marketing campaigns across social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin and official website to increase engagement with target audiences
- Liaising with events coordinators to maximize visibility at conferences and exhibitions and generating leads for products and services
- Managing customer and potential customer database for marketing purposes
- Post-event evaluating and reporting for future enhancements
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Public Relations, Digital Marketing or related discipline
- A minimum of 1 year(s) of working experience in marcomm, marketing, event or digital marketing is required for this position
- Ability to work and thrive in proactive self-starter, and work as a team in a fast evolving environment
- Ability to manage multiple projects, both tactical and strategic in nature – achieving both time and budgetary deadlines
- Pleasant personality, good interpersonal, computer literate and communication skills in both oral and written
- Good command in written and spoken English and Bahasa Melayu, other languages would be an added advantage
- Willing to travel within Peninsular Malaysia (once a month)
