Job Purpose:
- To ensure that the ESH activities and performances comply with local legislation and company requirements.
- To lead the cultural realignment of environment, safety & health performance improvement
Job Requirement:
- Tertiary qualification (preferably master degree) in Safety & Environmental Science or related Engineering/Science discipline
- Minimum 12 years of experience in managing the Safety & Health Department with extensive audit exposure (as lead auditor).
- Strong knowledge of HSEQ, current HSE legislation and the HSQM business environment
- Knowledge of commercial and business management strategies and practices
- Sufficient experience in heavy equipment industry (sales & services).
- Ability to communicate well to all stakeholders.
