Responsibilities
*Support Finance, Sales & Marketing Admin Departments.
• Prepare the payment by arrange according to the alphabet and with the reference Number.
• Assist in cash flow monitoring by updating the actual monthly P&L data and cash flow.
• Issue Debit Note/ Tax Invoices/ Credit Note/ Delivery order/ Quotation / Purchase order.
• Assist in fixed asset tagging and listing.
• Proper filling for documentation for accounting document, Supply chain Management and Admin.
• Updated the scrapping note file.
• Updated the medical claim and monitor the limit for every staff.
• Attend walk in customer / vendor and arrange for receiving.
• Preparing the training records, updated the training records summary and scanned the data to Regional QA/ PV.
• Assist in monthly GST submission by scanning the document to outsource.
• Data entry of Marketing Project Record (eg: GAIN, Survey etc).
• Arrange & packing of goodies bag for marketing activities and courier to out-station staff.
• Additional role as and when required and not limitation to the above.
Requirements
• Candidate must possess at least a SPM Certificate, Professional Certificate, Advance/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma, Degree in Business Studies/ Administration/ Secretarial or equivalent.
• Good command of both verbal & written in English.
• Good understanding and skill in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Able to commit for 6 months and willing to be based in Puchong.
