Inside Sales Representative *mandarin speaker

Duration: 6 months contract

Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor

Company: MNC Distributor

Salary: RM2300 – RM3000 basic (depends on working experience)

Job Type: Permanent

Other benefits– annual leave, medical leave, Epf, Socso, personal accident insurance, medical claim etc.

Responsibilities

To handle sales inquiries over the telephone for IT products.
To update resellers of current IT products promotions.
To ensure purchase orders are processed and delivered to resellers on a timely basis.
To provide feedback on market competition, pricing and etc.
To handle specific stock requests for customers’ requirements.
To prepare quotation to resellers.
Work and communicate closely with Sales & Product team on daily sales activity and progress.
Ensure timely follow up on inquiries.
To prepare daily call out report, feedback & pass down reseller needs to Product Team.

Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Business/Marketing/IT or an equivalent discipline.
Sound knowledge/ passion in IT industry/ products/ solutions an added advantage.
Language(s) required: English, Chinese would be an added advantage.
Passion to work in the technology industry.
Creative with strong interpersonal and communications skills.
Strong team player and customer oriented.
