Job Responsibility:
- Log, investigate and resolve day to day, applications issues
- Provide update to customer via email or phone call for complaint or query
- Generate monthly report internal and external
- To involve in project implementation, testing, software and hardware installation,
migration
- Coordinate internal and external UAT
- Perform on-site support to customer and end user training
- Prepare release notes and updates to customers
- Help improve documentation to minimize support load
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology equivalent
- Fresh graduate or 1 to 2 years working experience
- Good knowledge of Windows Operating System and MS SQL
- Good interpersonal, communication, analytical, presentation and organizational skills
