Manage and maintain the Monitoring Systems (these report on the status and performance of Network, ISP services and facilities).
Provide 1st & 2nd level support in Network Operations centre (NOC)
Perform routine network monitoring and maintenance of network devices in the NOC
Handle incoming calls and troubleshoot issues pertaining to network failures; escalate to relevant parties if necessary
Fault handling and escalation (identifying and responding to faults identified via Monitoring System and networks, liaising with respective clients, handling escalation through to resolution).
Maintenance of KNOWHOW and technical documentation (for NOC) of processes and procedures used throughout normal operations.
Development of knowledge and skills in network and system administration, particularly with regard to N'osairis architecture and platforms.
Effective communication with respective Service Providers.
Generate network status, availability and uptime reports
Create Ticket and update based on the followup until the case resolution in timely manner.
Your Profile
Job Requirement:
Degree in Information Technology / Computer Science with minimum 2 years experience
Good knowledge in LAN & WAN (L2, L3 Switches, ATI, CISCO, Cyberoam FW, Bit Defender)
Good communication skill and customer service.
Experience in Windows Server 2008, 2012, Redhat Linux, Fedora, SQL 2008, MYSQL, PHP, IIS, Sharepoint, Office 365, AV.
Able to work independently with less supervision, highly motivated and team player.
Professional certificate in CCNA or Windows Server will be an extra advantage.
