Carry out IT Support duties for academic & Non Academic Staff
Standby for events and other projects required by management.
Moodle Learning Management.
Antivirus Console Management
Maintain documentation for all processes and IT Procedures.
Perform routine audit required. (Projectors, Wifi, IPPBX and in house application)
In charge of Office 365/ Active Directory/IPPBX/VTLS Library System/Sharepoint/Campus Wifi/LAN & WAN.
IT Support for Microsoft & Redhat Linux Servers, Desktop, Printer, IP CCTV, Sound System and door access.
Handle incoming calls and troubleshoot issues pertaining to network & application failures; escalate to relevant parties if necessary
Fault handling and escalation (identifying and responding to LAN/WAN issues,
liaising with respective clients, handling escalation through to resolution)
Your Profile
Job Requirement:
Degree in Information Technology / Computer Science with minimum 2 years experience
Good knowledge in LAN & WAN (L2, L3 Switches, ATI, CISCO, Cyberoam FW, Bit Defender)
Good communication skill and customer service.
Experience in Windows Server 2008, 2012, Redhat Linux, Fedora, SQL 2008, MYSQL, PHP, IIS, Sharepoint, Office 365, AV.
Able to work independently with less supervision, highly motivated and team player.
Professional certificate in CCNA or Windows Server will be an extra advantage.
Basic knowledge in Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator /Dreamweaver.
