System Analyst - CUCMS (RJ)

The Role
Job Scope:
- Manage IT Infra and Asset Inventory in campus
- Provide 1st & 2nd level support in client place. (Cyberjaya)
- Carry out IT Support duties for academic & Non Academic Staff
- Standby for events and other projects required by management.
- Moodle Learning Management.
- Antivirus Console Management
- Maintain documentation for all processes and IT Procedures.
- Perform routine audit required. (Projectors, Wifi, IPPBX and in house application)
- In charge of Office 365/ Active Directory/IPPBX/VTLS Library System/Sharepoint/Campus Wifi/LAN & WAN.
- IT Support for Microsoft & Redhat Linux Servers, Desktop, Printer, IP CCTV, Sound System and door access.
- Handle incoming calls and troubleshoot issues pertaining to network & application failures; escalate to relevant parties if necessary
- Fault handling and escalation (identifying and responding to LAN/WAN issues,
- liaising with respective clients, handling escalation through to resolution)
Your Profile
Job Requirement:
- Degree in Information Technology / Computer Science with minimum 2 years experience
- Good knowledge in LAN & WAN (L2, L3 Switches, ATI, CISCO, Cyberoam FW, Bit Defender)
- Good communication skill and customer service.
- Experience in Windows Server 2008, 2012, Redhat Linux, Fedora, SQL 2008, MYSQL, PHP, IIS, Sharepoint, Office 365, AV.
- Able to work independently with less supervision, highly motivated and team player.
- Professional certificate in CCNA or Windows Server will be an extra advantage.
- Basic knowledge in Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator /Dreamweaver.
