Customer Service Executive-Preferably Malay Female (KT)

Job Responsibility:
Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries, products information, service, pricing and delivery information.
Handle and resolve customer complaints.
Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
Perform customer verifications (based on transaction and credit limits).
Process orders, forms, applications and requests.
Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resources / departments.
Keep records of customer interactions, inquiries, comments and transactions.
Assisting sales team to resolve customer issues.
Communicate and coordinate with internal departments.
Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
To perform any ad hoc assignments as assigned by immediate superior.
Job Requirement:
Candidate must possess at least Diploma qualification;
Required skills: Microsoft Words & Excel;
Required language: English
Interest in helping and working with customers.
Attention to detail and accuracy
Adaptability with Company management directives
Pleasant personality and good inter personal skills
Communication skills - verbal and written
