Job Responsibility:
- Provide a full and comprehensive secretarial, administrative and support service to the Head of Sales.
- To manage the HOS schedule including meeting, appointment and travelling arrangement.
- Attend and prepare minutes of meeting, presentation documents and to follow up with the necessary action.
- To prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly sales report by using Excel Advance(VLOOKUP and Pivot).
- To manage and maintain effective filling system, compile of sales report, sales presentation materials and sales activities.
- To maintain strict confidentially and interest professionally with all level of the management, staffs and business partners.
- Processing all sales business-related expense and transactions to ensure payment is received in a timely and efficient manner.
Job Requirement:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma in any related fields.
- Minimum two years of similar working experience.
- Required skills: Microsoft Words, Excel Advance(VLOOKUP and Pivot) and Power Point.
- Required language: English and Chinese.
- Discretion, trustworthiness and confidentiality.
- Strong organizational, time management and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail, accuracy and able to meet deadlines.
- Able to work on own initiative, beyond working hour and under pressure.
- Strong communication skills - verbal and written.
