Job Purpose:
- Learning and development- responsible for analysis, training administration and reporting, HRDF fund application.
- Recruitment - responsible in sourcing, shortlisting & interviews the right candidates.
- HRIS system – responsible for data migration, new modules roll out, reporting function.
- Employees Engagement – responsible for survey and follow up action plans, events organization and recognition awards.
- Audit – support in relevant audits : GMP, ISO, Halal, internal and external audit, tax audit as appropriate.
- Support in any HR projects as instructed by line manager.
Job Requirement:
- Degree holder.
- Preferably at least 3 years of relevant experience.
- The right mix of energy, drive for results, and collaborative attitude.
- Track record of successful execution, working in an organized way, prioritizing, managing information, setting and achieving deadline.
- High integrity and compliance.
- Excellent communication & good interpersonal skills.
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Preferably able to read and write Mandarin.
