Learning and development- responsible for analysis, training administration and reporting, HRDF fund application.
Recruitment - responsible in sourcing, shortlisting & interviews the right candidates.
HRIS system – responsible for data migration, new modules roll out, reporting function.
Employees Engagement – responsible for survey and follow up action plans, events organization and recognition awards.
Audit – support in relevant audits : GMP, ISO, Halal, internal and external audit, tax audit as appropriate.
Support in any HR projects as instructed by line manager.
Job Requirement:
Degree holder.
Preferably at least 3 years of relevant experience.
The right mix of energy, drive for results, and collaborative attitude.
Track record of successful execution, working in an organized way, prioritizing, managing information, setting and achieving deadline.
High integrity and compliance.
Excellent communication & good interpersonal skills.
Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Preferably able to read and write Mandarin.
