In house Recruiter
Duration: 6 months to 1 year (extension / conversion based on headcounts and performance)
Industry: Shared Service (MNC)
Location: Menara Axis – PJ (opp Asia Jaya LRT)
Salary: RM4000 – RM5000 (depends on working experience)
Benefits: Epf, Socso, medical claims, annual leaves, medical leaves, PA insurance.
Working time and days: Mon – Fri (8:30am to 5:30pm)
Job Responsibilities
• Provides day-to-day resourcing support to continuously improve the quality of staff to meet its resourcing requirements for today and the future.
• Liaise closely with Departmental Line Managers to know better about the job requirements.
• Ability to build close rapport with all level of staff and Line Managers.
• Job Postings: posting of job ads in company’s website and other job portals and social networking sites (Linkedin etc.)
• Channels of sourcing for candidates: advise Business HR on the effective channels of sourcing for candidates.
• Screening and short listing of candidates: understand the role profiles and undertake the initial screening and shortlisting of candidates.
• Reporting: provide reports on recruitment costs, recruitment numbers, length of recruitment etc.
• Liaise closely with External Employment Agencies to close positions on a timely manner.
• Work with Assessment Centres to apply the appropriate tools to the candidates.
Requirements
• At least 2 to 3 years working experience in pure recruitment field (internal / external recruitment experience).
• In depth knowledge on local employment acts & regulations.
• Good organisational and time management skills.
• Process oriented.
• Ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels and with internal and external entities.
• Ability to work under pressure.
