Customer Service (Cantonese / Mandarin Speaking)
Contract Duration: 4 – 6 months (opportunity for renewal / conversion depends on headcounts and performance)

Salary: RM2500 – RM3000 (depends on working experience)
Working hours
Mon: 8:30am to 5:15pm
Tues to Fri: 8:30am to 5pm
*If support HK market, then PH will follow HK.
*Any additional working on weekend, staff will be granted for additional replacement leave.
Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:
• General Inquiries: Handles inquiries via phone, email or fax for fuel card, fuel order/ changes and promotion programs
• Card Functions: Handles day to day inquiries and maintenance on card accounts, account balances, transaction details, pricing and billing statements.
• Fuel Order: Serves as the primary point of contact for customers on orders. Processes fuel orders for service stations and customers. Liaises with respective Business Consultants and Terminal for updates or changes in the orders.
• Complaints Handling: Handles customers' complaints via call, email or fax.
Requirements
• Must possess at least a Diploma preferably in Business Studies/ Administration/ Management or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of working experience, preferable specializing in Customer Service or Call Centre.
• Able to speak in Cantonese is compulsory.
• Able to read and write in English and Chinese.
• Open to work on some weekends and holidays.
• Able to commit from 4 to 6 months.
