Job Responsibility:
- Responsible for all electrical and control automation installation, related facility repair and maintenance.
- Troubleshooting PLC, SCADA, HMI, control circuit and all related automation.
- Plan and manage team member under his care for preventive maintenance and repair activities.
- Ensure all installation is always in the best condition and maintain high performance for production and office
- Undertake project when assigned.
- Review and proposed changes to engineering standards procedures and work instruction with adapted quality standards and good engineering practices.
- Working closely with Mechanical section to ensure all equipment are functioning at the optimum level.
- Provide technical expertise and train engineering staff for better skill in handling maintenance activities.
- Actively participate and contribute in Quality Management System, OHS activities and any activities organize by company.
- Others duties as assigned by Management.
- Graduate in electrical and control engineering
- Minimum 3-4 years working in manufacturing environment.
- Strong electronic and electrical knowledge and experience especially in automation and control equipment.
- Able to handle automation equipment related to software and hardware.
- Experience in food manufacturing environment will be an advantage.
- Knowledge in GMP, HACCP & ISO is an added advantage.
- Good hands on experience in PLC programing and HMI for machine and automation system.
- Good command of English language and able to read Mandarin
