Job Scope:
- Must possess at least Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying or any related tield qualification
- Minimum 3 5 years ot working experience preteraöly in Interior
- Design/lnterior Fit-outs tield
- Sound knowledge and working experience in interior tit-out materials will be advantageous
- Able to work under pressure and tight schedule to meet tender submission deadlines
- Committed, good team player, good initiative, positive working attitude, seltmotivated and willing to learn
- Possess good communication and inter-personal skills
- Able to work independently
- Fluent in spoken and written English, aanasa Malaysia and/or Chinese
- Able to start work immediately
Job Requirement:
- Ensure prices quoted in tender are accurate and appropriate
- Review final dratt tender betore submission
- Preparation ot BOQ, tender documents, cost estimation, progress claims, evaluation otVO, checking ot drawings, material sourcing etc
- Negotiate with sub-contractors and proposed quotations to secure best price
- Continuously source tor new contractors, suppliers and vendors tor better terms and services
- Monitor, cross-check and verity project claims and invoices submitted
- Ensure progress claims, certification and invoices to client are issued on a timely basis
- Monitor contractual records with clients and suppliers are in compliance to protect company interest at all times
- Co-ordinate with Project team in administering contractual claims such as VO, time extension etc
