JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
Responsible in sales and business development activities of TBL and its services.
To be in charge of all sales functions, such as looking for new clients, giving presentation on TBL’s products and services, coordinating the event, preparing proposal, opening new account, servicing clients, handling clients’ queries and complaints, providing after sales customer support, maintaining good relations with clients and payment collection.
Responsible for meeting sales objectives and sales target. Managing multiple priorities and projects within a defined sales territory.
To develop and implement special programs within territory to maximize sales opportunities.
To monitor and analyze monthly and quarterly sales figures and initiate appropriate action where necessary, as discussed and approved in writing by the immediate supervisor.
Participate and undertakes in all marketing and promotional initiative of events such as road shows, exhibitions, talk, promotions, conferences both locally and abroad. Provide feedback and information on market and creative trends.
To maintain a proficient level of product and health knowledge in line with the areas accountable for.
At all times portraying and enhancing a positive image of the TBL.
To constantly undergo related trainings, quality initiatives, seminars and conferences as introduced by the management.
To undertake any other jobs as may be assigned by the management from time to time (including out bound/outstation assignment).
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Diploma / Degree in any field with eager to win sales and establish sales profession and build a rewarding
Excellent interpersonal skills and confident in dealing with customers.
Possess own transport.
