Job Purpose:
- To assist Warehouse Executive & Supervisor on daily operation and execution such as Just In Time (JIT) in material requirement planning, daily receiving from suppliers, managing inventory of raw packaging material and ensure stock available at all time
- To observe and practice FIFO and low inventory
- Coordinate with the forklift drivers on stock receiving and issuing
- Ensure warehouse compliance with GMP safety rules
- To assist in preparing checklist for cycle count, stock take and participate in every stock count activities
- To draw all packaging material samples for QA inspection
- To perform weekly housekeeping in warehouse
- Assist in distributing staff purchase goods, free items & goodies bags to all the staff when necessary
Job Requirement:
- Minimum SPM with good credit in Mathematics and English
- Able to work shift and overtime
- Highly discipline, hardworking and is a team player
- Must able/willing to work for long hours and shifts (rotate for morning and night shift as our production is running 24 hrs)
